Our Life Solutions program provides encouraging and family support services to help individuals and families navigate life challenges and build resilience.
It acts as a hub for resources through our case managers. The case manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the guest facing experience at Central Florida Hope Center. This involves helping people thru various hardships including homelessness, near homeless, family separation, addictions, and lack of life skills.
